Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

• The submission has not been previously published and is not under consideration by another journal (or an explanation has been provided in the Comments to the Editor)
• The submission file is in Microsoft Word format.
• Where available, DOIs (as a clickable link) for the references have been provided.
• The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
• The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
• All references have been selected based on scientific relevance and originality and comply with the journal’s Citation Ethics Policy. 
• The authors confirm that no references were added or removed at the request of editors or reviewers for the purpose of influencing citation metrics.
• The author(s) confirm that they have read and accept the journal’s Copyright and License to Publish terms and that they have the right to submit this work on behalf of all co-authors.
